SHIPPING 

•Processing time 

All orders are custom-made, and processing takes approximately 3-4 working days. This time frame begins once your payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.

•Shipping time 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping method, which takes an additional 5-7 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

•International shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please be aware that international shipping times and rates may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

•Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your package. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

There is a different shipping rate for local deliveries (Netherlands), Europe and Worldwide deliveries (Outside the EU).

•Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package.

RETURN POLICY

•Returns

Due to the custom nature of our wigs , we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each unit is made to order specifically for you, ensuring high quality and customisation to your specifications.

In extreme cases, bundles may be exchanged but not refunded. If you believe your situation qualifies as extreme, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@domenthelabel.com . Provide your order number and detailed information about your issue. We will evaluate your request and, if approved, arrange for an exchange. Please note that bundles must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

•Incorrect orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@domenthelabel.com . We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
